Breakfast was very good, eggs, vegetables, lot of salad choices, enough and good to make yourself full. The location was amazing...it is on a walking distance of lot of sightseeing stations and public transportation is right on the minut from hotel..amazing location. Litterally you are a 20 seconds to train stations, and minute to Eminonu where you can get a fairy to Kadikoy (Asian side). A 5 minute walk to Galata bridge, a 30 minute walk to Galata tower, a 10 minutes Walk to sultanahmet, Hagia sofia, Kapali charsi....amazing. Lot of nice restaurants in front of hotel, and there is a small market where you can buy food, wather and supplies just by the hotel. The view from our room was on Galata bridge and Galata tower,and it was breathtaking. The staff on the reception was extremely helpfull, on the point and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, Uveys and Ismail, the best reception staff ever..thank you very much for hospitality, and for upgrading our room for free. They also can help you with transportation from airport or organizing a bosphorus cruise. And the specal touch is Kowboy Yeri, who is always there to say hello and make a guests feel just like they are at home., The sheets are clean and fresh, and the towels are changed every day.

Everything was great! The location is right in the center of Istanbul, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and it's easy to explore the city on foot from here. You’ll get to experience everything this beautiful part of Istanbul has to offer. The staff is amazing and very helpful — ÜVEYS, for example, was incredibly polite and always happy to assist or answer any of my questions. If you’re visiting Istanbul for a short stay, you should definitely check in here!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Smail Jon was exceptional. He was very kind and gave us few recommendations on the sites we should see. He's also let us use his Istanbul card! ❤️ we've felt very welcome there by all staff. If we happen to be travelling to Istanbul again we might pick the same hotel as the location was great! It was the second time we booked this hotel. We did not expect luxury, but a very nice and helpful staff of the manager Yildiray and his main receptionist Ismail and all the others. They were eager to make our stay as pleasant as expected. And they really managed it! Not to forget: the breakfast is very good! We would like to be their hotel guests again!

The hotel is very close to city center, main attractions are commutable. The hotel staff / manager ( Mr. Uveys ) is very friendly and helpful. He helped us to get hot milk for our 2yo daughter. Apart from providing excellent view from the hotel room, it was pleasure chatting with him over a turkish tea / coffee about city, culture, food.

Hotel has very friendly reception guys.They are very helpful and will help with issues. Breakfast is simple, but satisfying. Hotel has perfect location with walkable distance to main attractions. Price is very reasonable.

All was ok ! Good position near restaurants, T 1 station ,turistic atraction and other things. Cowboy was fantastic, a 10 grade manager. All the day from breakfast to dinner he was amongthe tourists socializing with them to creatr a good mood. Congratulations to all hotel ESEN staff !!!

I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very helpful and very kind with anything I asked for. We did not have the breakfast as we just wanted to travel to different parts and didn’t want to waste time however I am sure it would have been good.

Hotel is at great location,receptionist Ismail was very helpful and organized transfer to the airport for us. Room was small but it was very comfortable. When we decide to come back to Istanbul,We Will come back to this hotel for shure :)
